My call

I only stay true and honest with my spirit when I can narrow down, find the last thought that was holding my intention, get back to it, and continue...

Dive in

Formally, you can see me signing and claiming that I am Lubomir, and fair enough, that is what my dear parents decided to call me. As I was growing up, and especially when I reached 15 and started flirting with poetry and creative expression, I found it very important to come up with a more accurate name that would represent my actual state of the soul.

My first pseudonym as an artist was Strauss because I tended to write poetry and rhymes under the influence of music, often classical or experimental. Later on, I felt that I needed something more playful that would represent my love for cats and the joy of creation, so I started calling myself and signing my poetry with the pseudonym Klbko, which translates as a ball of yarn. After years, I tend to think that it also had something to do with my teenage and desire to playfully encounter the world. Who knows?

Time went on, and I shifted my focus towards serious existential questions, dealing with anxiety and depression, which kept bending my reality and flipping my life over every time the party was over. Nevertheless, I felt useless and not enough many times. The more I went through dark times, the more I felt like an ordinary man, one of millions. I was close to music at that time, rapping my soul out, performing under the pseudonym Človek milión, meaning "one of millions." I was part of a band with the same name, and we played several gigs around Slovakia and made it to the radio with one of our songs.

Even this time was over after two seasons of performing, as I wanted to travel, relocate, encounter new challenges, and taste life in a new country. I ended up relocating to Norway, moving back and forth between Norway and Slovakia. During this period, I found my new identity as Lego Medveď, meaning Lego Bear. It kind of represents my artistic self since 2016, as it is based on the contrasts in life. There is this playful, joyful, almost childish aspect to my creation, but on the other side, I wrestle with my inner, natural, raw power, which is often difficult to comprehend, but over the years, I found ways to deal with.

The most prominent tool I gained to master this is an ancient meditation technique called Vipassana, where one can develop tremendous capability to focus, among other amazing things which become so beneficial in one's life. I took several ten-day courses, where I learned the way of unprecedented razor-sharp focus, and this single ability definitely changed my life forever.

Progressing in life brought my dear Barbora and our amazing son Jakob into my world. I came to deal with the mediocrities of daily life and unexpected situations, which were often difficult to cope with. In these times, I always found my ability to focus as the single most important superpower that contributed to a winning strategy.

Creativity-wise, this gift of prolonged concentration always determined whether my creation could come to life and whether it met my original intention.

In this life of ever-evolving and ever-expanding realms, I only stay true and honest with my spirit when I can narrow down, find the last thought that was holding my intention, get back to it, and continue.

Pseudonyms can change and adapt to new inspirations or personal evolution, families grow at the speed of a finger snap, people inevitably come and go, but the eternal light of a candle, lit to revive the original intention, makes one's life a journey of growth.

This realization also helped build a concrete establishment for Ampers& House. We are driven by the endless thirst for creation, and whatever idea we encompass, we hold this burning torch for the sake of bringing original ideas to life.

Welcome to Ampers& House. Our door opens to everyone undergoing personal transformation, brand formation, digital paradigm shifts, business automation, or simply creating for the benefit of others and needing help expressing themselves truthfully in digital and print.
